The factors that contribute to fitness are physical, mental, emotional and social. Physical fitness is primarily defined by the ability to perform activities of daily life, including walking and jogging; running, aerobics, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, canoeing, bicycling and tennis.
The components of physical fit are demonstrated by a ratio between the sum of specific and maximal body mass, as well as a body mass index (BMI) above the 75th percentile of the general population.
